At Idol Fusion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account dashboard and select the order you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
